Do I need a Web site to become an Affiliate?

You do not need a Web site to participate in the Affiliates Program. Connected Lines will provide you with a promotional coupon that you may print and distribute.

Can individuals participate in the Affiliates Program?

Connected Lines works with both businesses and individuals in the United States and Canada. We reserve the right to refuse participation in the Affiliates Program at our sole discretion.

Is my site eligible to become a Connected Lines Affiliate?

Connected Lines works with sites, from large commercial sites to individual web pages in the United States and Canada. We review each Affiliate Web site before accepting it. We reserve the right to refuse a site if it contains objectionable material.

What does it cost to join?

It's absolutely free to join the Connected Lines Affiliates Program. You can cancel at any time.

How do I create links to www.connectedlines.com?

Connected Lines will provide you with guidelines and graphical artwork to use in linking.

Can I include specific information about your products on my site?

We encourage you to include information. You should feel free to use as much information as you wish on your Web site. Write reviews and articles; make information pages, tutorials, screenshots, or anything that helps you sell more software. Because prices are subject to change, we recommend that you not include price information in your product descriptions.

How do I get a new promotional coupon when mine expires?

You can obtain a new coupon by logging in to the Affiliate Center.

How are orders tracked and credited?

Connected Lines tracks sales using the promotional coupon that contains a code, which uniquely identifies you. You receive a referral fee of 15% of the purchase price for every purchase made using your coupon code.

How will I monitor my sales?

Connected Lines will provide you with an account to access our online Affiliate Center. When you log in to our Affiliate Center you can view your current account balance, payment history, and other relevant information.

When will I be paid?

You will be paid quarterly. If your referral fee for any quarter is less than $50.00, the total amount will be carried to the next quarter.
